Description
CD4054 belongs to the CD4000 IC series. The CD4054 is a display driver IC for a 4 – segment Liquid crystal display. The IC is made by using the complementary MOS (CMOS) technology. Integrated with p-type and n-type enhancement mode transistors. CD4054 is always available in a 16-pin hermetically sealed dual in line IC package.
